Enterprise & multi-brand

You do not have a consent problem. You have forty of them.

ConsentCenter gives each brand and region its own configuration while keeping one consistent consent record underneath.

Every business unit solved this on its own.

That is the problem.

Three banner vendors, two home-built preference pages and a region that still does it in a spreadsheet. Each one defensible alone. Together they mean no single answer to what a given customer agreed to, which is the only question that ever actually gets asked.

What breaks

Where this goes wrong first.

  1. The same customer, several times over

Someone who buys from two of your brands exists in both systems with different preferences. Neither record is wrong locally, and there is no view in which they reconcile.

  2. Regional divergence hardens

A market builds its own workaround for a local requirement. It works, so it stays, and now a global change means negotiating with every market that has one.

  3. Evidence is an assembly job

An access request or an audit means collecting from several systems, in several formats, maintained by teams with different priorities. The deadline is fixed and the assembly is manual.

What changes

What you are actually buying.

  • Give each brand and region its own configuration without its own platform.

  • Resolve one person’s choices across properties into a consistent record.

  • Produce evidence from one place instead of assembling it from several.

How it works

  1. Consolidate

Bring brands and regions onto one platform without forcing one configuration.

  2. Delegate

Let each property own its own rules and appearance inside a shared purpose model.

  3. Evidence

Answer "what did this person agree to, and when" from a single record.

Not our opinion

What the text actually says.

GDPR Article 83(5)
The upper tier of administrative fines is up to EUR 20 million, or 4% of total worldwide annual turnover of the preceding financial year — whichever is higher.
GDPR Article 30
Controllers and processors must maintain a record of their processing activities, including purposes, categories of data and recipients.
GDPR Article 26
Where group entities jointly determine purposes of processing, they must set out their respective responsibilities in an arrangement between them.

Help & answers

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Configuration is per property, so a shared purpose model does not mean a shared banner. That is the difference between consolidation and flattening.

No. Properties can move across one at a time. The practical sequence is usually the market with the most pressing requirement first, because that is the one that justifies the work.

ConsentCenter is designed to resolve choices to a person and a purpose rather than to a single property, which is what makes a consistent cross-brand record possible. How far that goes depends on what identifiers your brands actually share — worth mapping before anyone promises a number.
